illumiNations isn’t an organization, it’s a movement. It’s one of the very few examples of organizations coming together and setting aside their agenda’s, to collectively finish the task of getting the Word of God to those who do not have it. Independently, it would’ve taken the agencies until at least 2051 to get Scripture to all people, but because of the unified determination of these agencies they are now on track to finish by 2033! We live in a moment where we can actually envision finishing the task of seeing Scripture translated into every language, for every person, on planet Earth by 2033.
